For six years, Practice was a place to practice, to learn and to come together. Founded by Sandra, it was a personal and familiar space shaped by a shared commitment to practice and community.
The teaching has always been rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga and Jivamukti, guided by Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga. Rather than offering many different styles, we have chosen to stay close to these roots and to the depth that comes from returning to the practice over time.
Although the studio closed in autumn 2025, the community continued to meet every Sunday at Ashtangahouse. What began as a way of keeping the connection alive has naturally grown into something more.
Together with Petra, a longtime Practice student and graduate of our teacher training, we are now expanding the space, creating more opportunities to practice, study and come together.
We are also introducing Sangraha Yoga, a method created by Eddie Stern and rooted in the same traditional approach to yoga, taught by Vivien.
Practice Sangha is a way of keeping Practice going,
with the same spirit, the same practice and the same sense of community.
