Intensive 250h in Berlin
The aim of this training is to explore the practices and philosophies of yoga, as well as their influences and background. These are taught in two modules of one weeks each, three full weekends and tasks between the two modules, which must be completed independently.
The two modules build on each other and give time in between to practice and deepen what has already been learned.
We will explore the inner forms of yoga, study the scriptures, will practice pranayama and kriya, thereby allowing teaching to become a natural outcome of the practice.
The method taught is vinyasa, strongly influenced by the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method.
The ‘eight-limbed path’ (Sanskrit: Aṣṭāṅga = eight-limbed) of Yoga according to Patanjali is the base of the teacher's practices and teachings.
