A few recommendations
Yoga practice is done on an empty stomach – it is not recommended to eat at least 2 - 3 hours before the practice, and in any case not to drink during the practice (so please no drinking bottles in the shala).
If you take your phone to the shala for safety reasons, please turn it off; please do not take pictures in the shala, especially not of the other students.
If you are late for class, listen briefly if the teacher speaks and then enter the room quietly; if there is a meditation going on inside, please wait outside until it is over.
Please let the teacher know if you have an acute or chronic injury.
Please inform the teacher if you do not want to get hands-on-assists - we will respect that and not ask for reasons.
Keep it simple – you will only need a mat and some rather tight-fitting sports clothes for the practice. If you do not have your own mat yet, you can borrow one in the studio (free of charge).
Make sure to bring a small towel in case you sweat a lot (especially if you practice topless).
