Alex was born in Paris and grew up in Geneva. He discovered yoga in a park in Barcelona, since then, Alex embarked on a journey seeking the best teachings, so he could transmit yoga to his students in the most comprehensive and modern way possible. His quest led him to Bali, London, Paris, New York and San Francisco where he was able to practice and learn with teachers such as Patrick Beach, David Kyle, Jared McCann, Mathieu Boldron, Dylan Werner and many others.
Over the course of his apprenticeship, Alex developed his own way of teaching yoga, a non-rigid and modern form based on a scientific understanding of movement and of the body.
Having received his medical license, Alex uses his profound anatomical and physiological knowledge to adapt his guidance to the unique physiognomy of each of his students, herewith creating a safe environment for the practice.

Felicia’s journey into the world of yoga was influenced by her mother, who introduced her to the practices as a young child. Ever since it has been a part of her life, changing forms and ways of expression, always with the essence of Bhakti in the heart. At 15 she was introduced to the Jivamukti Yoga method and did her 300h Jivamukti Teacher Training at the age of 19 in New York, followed by an intense and beautiful 500h of Apprenticeship with her mentor Zsuzsanna Villany in Munich. After working for the Jivamukti School in Munich for 2 years, a strong sensation of adventure brought her to full time travel for a while until finally in 2017 she moved to Berlin.
In her classes she aims to share her experiences. Through asana, sitting in silence, chanting and creating space, to allow experience to happen. The experience of our fullness, and deep love, of tranquility and inner wisdom.
Chrissy is a Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher (375+ hours, 800+ hours in 2023).
She completed the 75 hour training in Berlin in 2019 and the 300 hour training in India in 2020, and has been teaching in Berlin and online since then. She is currently apprenticing with Juan Sierra and will have completed 800+ hours in training in 2023. Chrissy has also completed a prenatal course in asana, anatomy and health with Martyna Eder in 2021.
Around 2010 Chrissy began to explore different asana practices with the intention to have a physical practice to complement running. After some years, moves around the world (from New York City to Sydney to Berlin), and stumbling upon a Jivamukti class, she began to appreciate the spiritual side of the practice and the impact it had on her and her hectic corporate life.
Eager to share the profound effect yoga had on her and those around her, she decided to embark as a teacher. She enjoys teaching energetic yet thoughtful and compassionate classes to all levels, as well as classes focused to business professionals.
Laura graduated from her first Yoga Teacher Training with Patricia Thielemann in 2009, and she has been studying Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and Energy Work in various ways ever since. She is also a musician, a textile artist, and a mother of three children.
All these influences form her classes, so the practice becomes energetic and holistic experience, picking you up right from where you stand. In search for realness, Laura always brings you back to the roots of the practice – Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation – and back to you and your essence.
