He discovered yoga in a park in Barcelona, since then, Alex embarked on a journey seeking the best teachings, so he could transmit yoga to his students in the most comprehensive and modern way possible. Born and raised in Stockholm, with a diverse cultural background, both Hispanic and Chinese, Lee never felt attach to a specific culture or place. This unconscious practice of detachment nurtured her curiosity to learn and discover more of what would bring a spark in her eyes.
