Four winter days at the beautiful Astraea – surrounded by nature, stillness, and wide open space – invite you to nourish yourself on all levels, to move, and to realign from within.

This retreat is led by Sandra (formerly Practice) and Marie (Roots Yoga Studio) – two experienced senior teachers with extensive training, many years of practice, and a clear understanding of what yoga truly means: connection, awareness, joy, and vitality.

What to expect

In the mornings, we’ll immerse ourselves in an extended, dynamic, and precise yoga class (1.5–2.5 hours) that guides you into your center through movement, breath, and mindfulness.

In the afternoons, we’ll explore the subtler, more inward aspects of practice: pranayama, meditation, chanting, and at times restorative postures and gentle movement will bring depth and stillness.

One afternoon will also include a workshop where we’ll create space for personal themes, questions, and individual needs.

The intention

In the heart of winter and at the threshold of a new year, we gift ourselves time for warmth, clarity, and renewal.

This retreat is an invitation to consciously align yourself with the year 2026 – with courage, presence, and a grounded sense of inner strength.

Location & Accommodation

Astraea stands for a unique blend of nature connection and modern comfort.

You can stay in the main house or one of the heated yurts, offering a touch of high-end glamping – warm, cozy, each with a private bathroom and close to nature.

The spacious yoga hall radiates warmth, serenity, and expansiveness – the perfect space for deep practice and retreat.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be nourished by balanced, wholesome cuisine lovingly prepared by Regine Freyberg of Vegan Rock You – light, nourishing, and crafted to harmonize body and mind.
