We begin with a Fundamentals Workshop (90 minutes) on the day of arrival, providing a solid foundation for all participants—whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. This session helps you connect with the basics of yoga and settle into the retreat together.
Start your day at 8:00 AM with a 90-minute Jivamukti Vinyasa class. This dynamic yoga practice awakens your body, boosts circulation, and provides energy and clarity—perfect for exploring the mountains or simply enjoying a relaxed day.
At 5:00 PM, we gently close the day with a 60-minute evening class. This session combines restorative postures, calming breathwork (Pranayama), and meditation, guiding both body and mind into deep relaxation.
