I’m inviting you to a long weekend at the beautiful Nonnahof to pause, take a deep breath, and celebrate the beauty of life.
Over the course of the retreat, we’ll dive into a variety of practices to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Expect energizing asana flows in the mornings, calming evening sessions, breathwork, meditation, and the soothing power of chanting. Between sessions, there’s plenty of space for you – to journal, walk in nature, unwind in the sauna, or simply enjoy the stillness.
In the afternoons, we’ll deepen the practice with a workshop focusing on alignment in key poses. Whether you’re just starting your yoga journey or have been practicing for years, this weekend is all about your unique path and intention.
And let’s not forget the food: Enjoy delicious, fully vegan catering featuring breakfast, healthy afternoon snacks, and nourishing dinners. Everything is freshly prepared, packed with flavor, and designed to fuel your body in the best way possible.

Evening: Restorative yoga & chanting (8:00 PM)
