Intensive 300h Training in two modules
21.04.—05.05.2023 and 31.08.—13.9.2023
at Breitenteicher Mühle
Due to numerous requests, we have decided to open up 6 spots for you to study the yogic scriptures and Hatha yoga pradipika, as well as sanskrit with Harshvadan, who will be special coming from India to teach at the training.
The aim of this training is to explore the practices and philosophies of yoga, as well as their influences and background. These are taught in two modules of two weeks each, which build on each other and give time in between to practice and deepen what has already been learned.
We will explore the inner forms of yoga, study the scriptures, will practise pranayama and kriya, thereby allowing teaching to become a natural outcome of the practice.
The method taught is vinyasa, strongly influenced by the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method.
The ‘eight-limbed path’ (Sanskrit: Aṣṭāṅga = eight-limbed) of Yoga according to Patanjali is the base of the teacher's practices and teachings.
